Shopify Integration

Shopify Blog

Publish articles to your Shopify store's blog.

Prerequisites

• A Shopify store with an active plan
• A custom app created in Shopify admin

Setup Steps

1. In Shopify: Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps
2. Click Create an app, name it "RankHiker"
3. Go to Configuration → Admin API access scopes
4. Enable: read_content and write_content
5. Click Install app and copy the Client ID and Client Secret
6. Find your Blog ID:

- Go to Online Store → Blog posts → Manage blogs - Click on your blog — the URL will contain the Blog ID (the number)

1. In RankHiker: Go to Platforms → + Add Platform → Shopify
2. Enter:

- Shop Domain — e.g., your-store.myshopify.com - Client ID and Client Secret - Blog ID

1. Click Test Connection then Add Platform
