Cause: The AI request took too long or encountered an error.

Fix:

1. Check your credit balance — you may be out of credits
2. Try again — temporary AI service issues resolve quickly
3. Try a shorter article length
4. Simplify your topic/keyword

Content quality issues

Fix:

• Add more context to your Knowledge Base
• Be more specific with your keyword/topic
• Set a clear Brand Voice in workspace settings
• Use the Outline-first mode for more control

YouTube to Blog not working

Fix:

• Verify the YouTube video has captions/subtitles
• Use the full YouTube URL (not shortened)
• The video must be public (not private or unlisted)
• Try a different video to confirm it's not a video-specific issue
