Using Brand Voice

What is Brand Voice?

Brand Voice tells the AI how to write for your brand. It controls the tone, style, and personality of generated content.

Setting Up Brand Voice

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
2. Find the Brand Voice section
3. Configure:

- Tone — Professional, Casual, Friendly, Authoritative, etc. - Writing Style — Descriptive, Concise, Technical, Conversational - Point of View — First person (we), Second person (you), Third person - Custom Instructions — Any specific rules (e.g., "Always include a CTA at the end")

Knowledge Base

Upload context about your business so AI writes with accurate, brand-specific information:

1. Go to workspace Settings → Knowledge Base
2. Add items:

- Website URLs — AI will crawl and learn from your site - Text Content — Paste your brand guidelines, product info, FAQs - PDF Documents — Upload brochures, whitepapers, etc.

The AI uses this knowledge to write more accurate, on-brand content.
