Brand Monitor tracks mentions of your brand, products, and competitors across the web.

Accessing Brand Monitor

Go to Dashboard → Brand Monitor from the sidebar.

Setting Up Monitoring

1. Click + Add Monitor
2. Enter the terms to track:

- Brand Name — Your company name and variations - Product Names — Specific products or services - Competitor Names — Track what competitors are doing - Industry Keywords — Stay on top of industry trends

1. Click Save

What's Tracked

• Web Mentions — Blog posts, news articles, forums
• Social Media — Mentions on social platforms
• Review Sites — Customer reviews and ratings
• Competitor Activity — New content from competitors

Alerts & Notifications

• Real-time Alerts — Get notified of new mentions
• Daily Digest — Summary of all mentions from the past 24 hours
• Weekly Report — Comprehensive weekly overview
