Content Calendar

The Content Calendar gives you a visual overview of your publishing schedule.

Accessing Calendar

Go to Dashboard → Calendar from the sidebar.

Calendar Views

• Month View - See the full month at a glance
• Week View - Detailed weekly breakdown
• Day View - Focus on a single day's content

What's Shown

The calendar displays:

• Scheduled Articles - Articles scheduled for future publishing (shown with a clock icon)
• Published Articles - Articles that have been published (shown with a check icon)
• Draft Articles - Articles in progress (shown as lighter/dimmed)
• Autoblog Queue - Upcoming automated articles

Using the Calendar

• Click a date - See all articles for that date
• Click an article - Open the article editor
• Drag & drop - Reschedule articles by dragging them to a new date
• Color coding - Different colors for different statuses

Planning Content

1. Use the calendar to spot gaps in your publishing schedule
2. Click on empty dates to create new articles
3. Balance content across the week for consistent publishing
4. Coordinate with your team by sharing the calendar view
