Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your RankHiker account.

Setting Up 2FA

1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
4. Enter the 6-digit code to verify
5. Save your backup codes in a safe place

Logging In with 2FA

After entering your email and password, you'll be prompted to enter a code from your authenticator app.

Lost Your Device?

Use one of your saved backup codes to log in, then disable and re-enable 2FA with your new device.
